• Monthly Membership access is subscription-based.

• By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

• Refunds are not guaranteed once content has been accessed or downloaded.

All materials within Ferdi’s Pond — including illustrations, stories, worksheets, and activities — are the creative property of Dressed Up Hippy & Ferdi’s Pond. You may print and use them for personal household use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our content is prohibited without written permission.

If the app includes community features, parents are responsible for ensuring respectful use. We do not allow harmful, offensive, or unsafe behavior. Accounts that violate our standards may be suspended or terminated.
